I had this recipe years ago that I got from Barbara Ballard. I found one like it on someone's blog yesterday and just had to try them this morning and they taste like I remember!!! FANTASTICM & M Cookies
1 Cup Crisco shortening
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup white sugar
Beat until fluffy - 2 to 3 minutes
Add 2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
Mix
Add
2 1/4 cup white sifted flour
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
Then add 1 cup M & M's
Drop by spoonful unto ungreased cookie sheet. Decorate with more M&M's pressing them slightly into the dough so they won't fall off.
Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
