Brown Bread

 2 1/2 Cups Warm Water

1 1/2 T Yeast

2/3 Cup Honey

Put in mixer, mix and let sit for 10 minutes


Add 1/4 Cup melted coconut oil

1/3 Cup molasses

2 T cocoa powder

1 T salt

4 Cups whole wheat flour

4 Cups white flour

Mix, knead for 10 minutes.  Let double.  Punch down and form into loaves and let rise until double.  Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
