Caramel Popcorn

2 sticks margarine
1 1/8 Cups brown sugar
3 Cups marshmallows
2 bags of popped popcorn

Melt margarine and brown sugar. Add marshmallows. Cook until just melted. Pour over popcorn. Stir until coated.
