1 Cup Chopped celery
11 oz can mandarin oranges
1 avocado, chunked
1 apple diced
1/2 Cup crumbled blue cheese
2 Chicken breast halves, cooked and cut into small pieces
Dressing
Mix in blender
2 TBS white wine vinegar
2 TBS sugar
1/4 Cup oil
1 TBS chopped parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
