1 head (2-3 Cups) Broccoli - bite size
1 pound bacon crisply cooked, drained and chopped
8 oz of dates chopped
2/3 cups salted cocktail peanuts
SAUCE
1 Cup real Mayonnaise
1/3 Cup sugar
2 TBS vinegar
Assemble salad ingredients. Mix sauce and dress salad.
